Chickens
A friend of mine has laying hens and I've just had my first fresh egg sans chemicals, no exercise on the bird's part, and space rays. Oh My Gosh! I don't even have salt on it, just a little pepper and it melts like butter in my mouth. I guess I should've taken a pic but I've eaten it. Next time.

we used to have 4 chickens- I miss them so much! Some kind of critter broke into the coop one night and it was not pretty. I hope to have more again some day- but right now my husband and I work so much- I would rather wait till I have more time to take care of them properly- and of course build a better coop for them. You are correct though- nothing better than fresh eggs!
